Author Biography
Ken Hughes lives in Los Angeles and has worked as a technical writer for missions to Mars and the governing body of the Internet (ICANN). He writes paranormal thrillers and urban fantasy, and has been known to argue over the difference between the two in his blog, www.KenHughesAuthor.com.
His novel Shadowed was the first of the Shadowed Steps trilogy (with Tracks in Shadow and Shadow Sight), and nominated for a Global Ebook Award. The Spellkeeper Flight series of The High Road, Freefall, and Grounded is meant to prove one thing: how writing a thrilling cliff-hanger for heroes who can fly takes writing to a whole new level. His latest books are Running the Gauntlet, Weighing the Scales, and Taking Wing in the Dragonsigns series, the Corbin Cases books beginning with Roll The Bones, and the Mirrorman series that continues with A Darker Glass. (Don’t get him started on puns.)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED – A MUST READ
Edge of the seat as Shadowed unfolds into a catalyst of understanding, knowing and the final realization that the power within would still have to remain a secret.

RIVETING
Shadowed is a compelling book that keeps you reading with its multiple twists and turns. I couldn’t put the book down (a fast read) only to discover it was a cliff hanger–leading to a possible sequel. Can’t wait for the next one!
